Matthew 6 verse 33 is, in my honest opinion, the most important verse in the entire Bible. The verse reads: But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.In the chapter, Jesus was preaching a now famous sermon, talking about how to pray, fast, doing good to others not for human recognition, but for God.The entire chapter is so relevant for our lives today, but for this video, I want to talk about the value of seeking God’s Kingdom above all else. You see, what else could we really need if you really think about it? Ecclesiasties summarizes our lives perfectly, with it all being vanity. If you hustle for money, women, fame or this world’s definition of success, it all stays in this world when you inevitably die. But God’s Kingdom? It persists forever. Salvation is the only thing you can acquire on earth that you can take with you when you die. God always keeps His promises, and whether you live a life defined as successful in this world’s view or you just get by day to day, believe in the Kingdom that is not of this world, and you will be filled with joy no matter your situation.
