-16
-16, we encounter the profound truth of Jesus as our high priest. He is described as the Son of God who empathizes with our weaknesses, having experienced temptations like we do, yet remaining sinless. This passage encourages us to approach the throne of grace with confidence, knowing that we can find mercy and grace to help in times of need. It reminds us of Jesus' unique role as our compassionate advocate. Let us cling to our faith and boldly approach God's throne, relying on the grace and mercy made available through our great high priest, Jesus Christ, especially in our times of need. Amen!

Our Compassionate High Priest: Lessons from Hebrews
"Since then we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need."
