In this weeks episode we did a live podcast at the last Supermarket event held at the Tioga Sequoia block party in Merced. In this episode we sit down with Eli, the founder of Supermarket, and discuss how this all began. Mike from Tioga Sequoia also jumps on the podcast. In this episode of Central Valley Podcast we are joined by  LaRussell. A rapper, businessman, entrepreneur, and just an overall great human being. LaRussell was born and raised in Vallejo, CA and we discuss how the rap scene in the area is often overlooked by other parts in the Bay area. We talked about how that was similar to the Central Valley and how we each started a live performance show to give back to those artist who often times get overlooked. In this episode we talk about his journey as an artist, taught him a little bit about farming, and learned a lot about his view and perspective on things.
