Vicki Baker is a mother to two teenagers and a professional gardener. She provides us with another aspect of Menopause - not everyone has to suffer through it. Honesty and openness are essential components to this conversation and speaking up is what will make a difference to women everywhere. Hearing another aspect of Menopause, that it really isn’t a big deal for all of us and at the same time, having enormous compassion for those that do struggle with this life stage.

It is a resource in itself as simply being part of a trusting, safe community can improve symptoms. Sometimes just knowing you are not the only one, is a step in the right direction.
