Lance started his career in luxury carpet installations as an apprentice at 16 years old. During his six-year apprenticeship learning and experiencing the different installation processes for each type of flooring.

As time went by he fell in love with the flooring industry. Lance found that his love for flooring made him a quick learner and clients enjoyed his knowledge and enthusiasm. For Lance, it is the idea that you can take a house and turn it into your home by simply putting new floors in. This realization made him decide to open his own business!

Wanting to build a company that prides itself on expertise, excellence, and a strong work ethic. Lance founded LG Kramer Flooring in November of 2009 with the core focus on quality installations and premium customer service.
