In this episode, Tyler Morton, broker-owner of RE/MAX Victory and Affiliates joins the show to discuss how AI is transforming both the agent experience and the brokerage business. Tyler shares his journey from early AI experimentation to building Tory OS, an AI-powered operating system designed to simplify brokerage technology, reduce friction, and give agents a single place to access the tools and information they need.
We explore how his agents are using AI beyond listing descriptions and social media, including analyzing MLS data, identifying high-opportunity farming areas, automating marketing workflows, and conducting deeper market research. Tyler also explains why he believes the future of AI isn't about replacing agents, but proactively helping them make better decisions, eliminate repetitive tasks, and spend more time serving clients.
We also discuss the rapid evolution of AI assistants, the future of CRMs, browser-based AI automation, and why every brokerage should rethink its technology stack instead of simply adding more software. Tyler offers a behind-the-scenes look at how Tory OS evolved from a simple AI knowledge base into a central operating system that improves communication, training, recruiting, and agent support.
Whether you're an agent looking to move beyond basic AI prompts or a brokerage leader thinking about the next generation of technology, this conversation provides practical ideas and a forward-looking vision for building an AI-powered real estate business.
