We also get into some current events with the recent WWE scandal and the NBA Finals champs, Golden State Warriors. We have a short debate about Lebron and Curry. Hiram ends the segment with a public apology to a celebrity that he has been not so nice to and even wanted to punch him in the face. 12:00 minI talk about the Tex-Mex BBQ scene that's been sweeping the State of Texas. We go down the list with some of the popular Texas BBQ joints that are serving Tex-Mex Cuisine. We started with Valentina's and shared some of their menu, then we travel to different parts of the state as we talk about 2M Smokehouse in San Antonio and others across the State. Of course we have to end with 2 of our favorite bbq joints in the Valley, GW BBQ & Catering and Smoke Crafters BBQ. We talk about some visits while Hiram is down. 30:00 min We talk about a post we shared on the Joe's that Cook like Pros page asking what people are cooking for Father's Day. We are convinced that it's a holiday where the dad has to cook for himself and the family. 40:00 minWe end the show by talking about some of our plans for Hiram's Texas summer visit.
