based in new york city, roxana is the founder of a plant-based pistachio milk company, called táche. she's armed with a longtime knack for entrepreneurship, and built the brand to be a tasty alternative to almond milk.

táche runs on being better for you, and the environment, too. pistachios require about 75% percent less water than almonds do, making it substantially more sustainable, and still delicious to drink.

before breaking into the plant-based space, roxana also founded rx social in 2011, her own social media and marketing agency, with clients ranging from fairmont hotels to harry's. 

she joins us today on the pod to talk about táche, the new dawn of pistachio milk, and lessons learned along the way!
