This week I talk about taking back our control of our energy in order to be the happy, healthy, human we desire to be. I talk about three different energy levels that we must control; Our diet, attention, and emotional energy. There are many factors that disrupts our energy levels but often time we're not aware. Here are a few things to help us combat these factors:
1. Stop and pause our current activity
2. Self asses to figure out what taking our energy
3. Write down to become aware
4. Create an energy plan that promotes a happy, healthy, human lifestyle.
