The money, which comes through the Transportation Department, is designed to help communities like Akron, that were negatively impacted by infrastructure projects in the past. Horrigan talks about how Akron will use the money to repair damage done by the old Innerbelt, which was recently demolished, and which the City is hoping to redevelop in a way that will be positive for area residents.
