In the second part to this series, Prashanth examines how Western culture's tendency to privatize it's faith to make it 'individual' and 'personal', resulted in the inadvertent consequence of removing it's potency from the public sphere of influence. There could be something that we might call a faith that is 'our own' but if our Christian convictions fail to influence the way we practically live our lives in the different segments of culture, then society itself is deprived of witnessing the transforming power of Christianity through the lives of it's followers.
