The three of us have all had surgery - some elective and some emergency... In the worst case scenario there's been a complete change of business, but, in the main, surgery has led to slight adjustments to how we work for a short period. Illness can be slightly more disruptive if its sudden - particularly over the last couple of years!. What's your experience been like?
