These days, I am interested in conscious parenting, child development, relationships, yoga and spirituality, psychology and personal growth.
I am an intense and passionate person. I have lived a good part of my life devoid of emotions, focused on performance, perfectionism and productivity. Now I am mostly about openness, vulnerability and full permission for all emotions. Less doing, more being.
