On Wednesday May 24 around 4AM, I, Bobby, received an email from my employer Meta that I was impacted by the layoffs. It came as a surprise given good performance and my involvement on high impact projects. I processed through the blame and shame as well as the challenges of resting while unemployed. I am looking forward to my next chapter in my career and excited to create more content this year
