God means what He says--something very precious in this world in which contracts are so easily broken, and even marriage covenants. But God is the LORD and never changes! He tells us when we bring His Word to Him in the right way, with faith that He hears us and is helping us and wants to answer our prayers, that He listens and goes to work on our behalf.
