Former Miss North Carolina USA Brittany Boltinhouse has not publicly acknowledged nor apologized for resurfaced social media posts showing her repeatedly using the n-word over the course of several years. Now, her newly acquired attorney took to social media to announce an investigation and pending litigation against Miss USA and you will hear his entire statement. In it, he claims they have “recorded evidence” that the Miss USA organization had no justifiable reason to remove the title from their client, and insists Boltinhouse lost her crown because of her religious and political beliefs.
