Jonesing, so staying busy

I'm 31 years old and have been smoking pot for the last 10 years.  The last 6 years or so I have been a daily smoker.  Marijuana is my source of guilt/shame and I have tried to quit multiple times in the past.  If you know that weed has held you back from meeting your potential, welcome to the club.
