Today we're going to talk about body issues, self love, and confidence. I know it's something we all deal with as human beings. Throughout my life this far, I have had many ups and downs with these topics. I am also learning each day how to deal with them and how to change the way I think, feel, and live. In this episode I discuss my own experience with body issues, experiencing harmful body discrimination within the LGBTQ+ community, and my own body image in general. I also discuss steps and tips that have made me a more confident version of myself. I discuss the importance of self love and how that looks different to everyone. To exist in a world as authentically yourself without apologies or explanations isn’t easy. But it is so necessary and needed in order to love yourself, and to be a confident version of yourself. By being yourself to the fullest extent, you are showing the world your power and in the process show others around you that you are a force to be reckoned with.
