"It feels scary and painful to do this, but I think it's also therapeutic.  I do believe we're only a sick as our secrets, and that sharing what is true for me will hopefully resonate for someone else.  And I'm an adult now, I'm 45.  It's safe for me to speak."   

Lourdes has a diagnosis of Other Specified Feeding and Eating Disorder, Atypical Anorexia, Orthorexia. This has included bingeing, over exercising, and restricting.  

She is also recovering from Codependency, Sex and Love Addiction, Borderline Personality Disorder, Narcissistic Personality Disorder, Avoidant Personality Style, and Depression.
