Bruna/Christine - Is it OK to calorie-cycle through the week between 100-200 calories daily? / Is it OK to drink MORE water than calculated based on body weight? (I’m pairing these questions together because I have the same answer to both!)
Debbie - How do we handle counting calories during a special event (birthday, etc.)?
Sheryl - Do you think water aerobics can improve strength and mobility?
Sally - Does cardio endurance gained through one form of exercise transfer to other forms of exercise?
Cindy - Please talk about posture, core, etc. My stomach sticks out, and I’m always correcting it.
Soad - Any suggestions for when I can start working out after a hysterectomy?
