Sally - I am noticing that my brain offers me a lot of “should” thoughts. How can I rescue myself from this state?
Carolyn - Can men achieve good results with your method?
Cindy - Can coffee hinder weight loss?
Suzanne - I have some physical issues that are affecting my workouts. (I’m definitely commenting on this non-question.)
Susan - Is there a drawback to drinking too much water?
Shirley - Being consistent is my biggest obstacle. (Oh, yes! I’m commenting on this non-question too!)
Connie - I am scheduled for some extensive jaw and oral surgery in July. I’m trying to stay positive. Do you have any exercise suggestions for my recovery time?
Missy - I’ve reached a weight plateau. I’ve been losing and gaining the same eight pounds for the last two years. (Yeppers! I’m addressing this statement too.)
Kate - I was losing weight earlier this year, then plateaued for a month, and last week I actually gained weight. What could be going on?
