I got to sit down and talk with Pastor Melanie Cruz about women in pastoral leadership. She's the Family Life Associate Pastor at the Camelback Seventh-day Adventist church. She's worked various ministry roles including being the Assistant Director at the North American Division for the Children's Ministries Department.

Pastor Melanie is an excellent communicator and a great leader. As we talk she shares her experience being a female pastor in a community that is historically traditional. We talk about ordination, true biblical leadership, and the importance of following the calling that God has given to each of us.
