Listeners will get a brief, 3 min, introduction to the 4-H Thriving Model. We then interview our expert and author of the 4-H Thriving Model, Dr. Mary Arnold, Professor and Youth Development Specialist, Oregon State University, about the basics of the model,  what makes this model different from other PYD models and what we can expect from future work with 4-H Thriving.  Lastly, we take what we have covered and apply it to our daily practice.
