Handing out free safe supply fentanyl has now become the default strategy of reducing stigma for those who are addicted. Yet archaic BC PWD policy marches on in stark contrast. For over thirty years, the BC government sees disability stigma as a totally acceptable and sanctioned thing, and this video delves into the reasons why.
