This podcast came into my life magically and synchronously. As she and Adriana Rizzolo were discussing in episode 25, path work is non-linear, and we often act as a magnet for the teaching / teacher we need exactly when we need it. I’ve been leaning back into tantra, sexual healing, and the path of the Goddess, and I am infinitely grateful for Josefina, her work, and the community she is creating with this podcast. I’ve sent links to all my friends and asked my pattern to listen to episodes with me. I can’t recommend this enough to anyone looking to deeper their relationship with their own embodied holiness.

Feeling overtaken by my shadow, but ready to face my demons, I found this podcast (or should I say it found me) at the perfect time. I recently claimed to my therapist and friends that I am ready to bring my shadow to the light and face the demons that have been supporting me in my never ending hamster wheel of “if I just work a lil harder, I’ll finally be enough.” And then BOOM I came across episode 17 on “aging gracefully”… Josefina spoke the words my warrior soul needed to remember: “Embracing of our body in all stages and in all phases — in America, the culture here (with all the media and social media and magazines) there is this labeling of agism as something bad and wrong, there isn’t a narrative of the grace and the beauty and natural cycle that develops even with ie rose, anything we would see in nature, even in the state of dying they are still so beautiful in its cycle and its phase. When we look to nature, nature is always going in a cycle of wetness, dryness, thunder storms, death and rebirth but are we judging the cycles the same way we judge our own cycles?—esp as women when we have our moon cycles.” After hearing these words, I instantly had an epiphany… I realized that I want to be part of the narrative that supports beauty at all it’s stages, all it’s perfect and imperfect moments just like nature. I binged a ton more episodes that were full of PURE GOLD and further allowed my Higher Self to grow bigger and bigger. Her words are fueling that part of me and I am so excited to feed THIS narrative as opposed to the one my shadow was pulling me towards. This podcast is another very valuable tool that I’ve added to my toolkit of life and I am so so grateful for the timing and looking forward to extract and help spread the knowledge Josefina so eloquently expresses.
