Everybody has been through some kind of hurt. And we need to be able to listen to others. On this podcast I want to bring awareness to Mental Health and other things. I will rant about Depression, Anxiety, having Anger issues, growing up in a toxic household. And even share stories about things I’ve been through. We are in this together. So keep fighting!😘
