Charles is someone that you need to keep your eye on. He is a leader. Most importantly a leader by example, and his own commitment to greatness. With his constant drive to improve himself through the process, which was discovered at a young age, he used that commitment to achieve the opportunity to play college baseball at division 1 Youngstown State University, where he was a 1st team Freshman All American, as well as a member of the very first team in school history to reach the NCAA tournament. He also continues to be atop the ranks of several offensive categories for the history of the school. After his playing career Charles has not slowed down his pursuit of greatness. He helps others pursue and achieve their goals of playing collegiately, has become the co-founder of Super Fit Ohio, he is an author, and the host of an amazing podcast called Edge of Greatness.
