This instruction that comes directly from 1 Peter 5 is WAY easier said than done, right?!? Yes, except when we don't fight what The Holy Spirit is telling us, the practical nature of what the Bible instructs us in then becomes clear on how to reduce our own self sabotaging ways that can cause anxiety. &nbsp;
