As the title states, hindsight is always 20/20! Setting one's ego aside in order to learn from a mistake is an important character trait that will lead to higher levels of achievement. Having personal shortcomings is nothing to be ashamed of. Rather, becoming conscious of personal insufficiency and striving to improve those areas is something that we should all strive for!
