Today I am discussing something that has been a passion project for me: the path to presence. My journey as an entrepreneur, a woman, a wife and a mother has completely evolved from where I was a decade ago...even last year! Seeking presence is a journey. I refer to presence as, “[being] fully focused on or involved in what one is doing or experiencing.” Although your body might be present; is your mind? Is your soul? I share some tips on how to jumpstart this journey.
