The Power of Restoration is an honest and transparent 3 part segment testimony shared by one of my dearest friend Joanna. She shares insights into her early Christian journey becoming more about performance rather than a personal walk with Jesus. Relying on approval from others, Joanna lost her footing, fell into sin and eventually lost everything she once clinged to as her security. Eventually Joanna came to the end of herself and she finally recognised her need for an intimate relationship with Christ, which she now says is one of the best things that has ever happened to her. Joanna has shown such an undeniable amount of vulnerability and absolutely wore her heart on her sleeves in this series. I deem Joanna's transparency and vulnerability very admirable and I want to commend and thank her for taking to us about such a sensitive part of her private life. Joanna chooses to share the details of this journey, not because she is proud of what she has done, but because she understands the transformative power of Christ's restoration in her life today.
