In this episode Mel and Keely share a conversation with their first guest, Gordon Thane of Public Health Insight. Gordon joins us from Ontario, Canada, where he is a Health Promotion Specialist focusing on creating community mental health and suicide prevention strategies. Throughout the interview, Gordon touches on vaccine hesitancy in Canadian black communities, pointing out that this is a multi-layered issue and only a portion of what communities face in a world where your race affects the safety, access and quality of your health.
