This podcast supports and helps veterans affected by posttraumatic stress disorder. We help by training therapeutic photography skills and processes. We will discuss how therapeutic photography helps veterans in counteracting anxiety, depression, isolation, hypervigilance, and other symptoms. I am Aaron Mahlon, your host. I am a Navy veteran who lives with PTSD. I am better now because receiving a degree in photography helped me improve my ability to cope with my symptoms better. Now I am no longer self-destructive.
