Mxiety is a mental health blogger, author, and combined variety talk show host/streamer. This episode discusses all things mental health advocacy, the benefit of consuming trash for your brain (including smut), Kingdom Hearts/nerd points and some incredible conversation about why being a mental health advocate is important!
