I've been busy with work and not pressuring myself to upload and get overwhelmed. I'm getting a better idea of what I can do now so I'm going to be back with the podcast very soon. I'll be doing video podcasts and audio now, going back to an erratic uploading schedule for guest episodes unless I can book them efficiently (I probably can't. I'm terrible at times), I'm moving the goalposts on my goals again, talking about if I'll compete next year, my plague of injuries right now, my new job and a lot more
