Took last week off because I got a new job in the kitchen and also covering the open gym slots at SBG and I didn't want to put pressure on myself. Back on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays now. I think I'm going back on my meds soon as a pre-emptive strike on the winter blues and I discuss the possibility of me seeking further diagnosis and therapy.
