Failure to launch is a real thing for a lot of people. As creative, I’ve noticed it can be a crippling feeling that causes anxiety. And If you’re like me, this feeling is intensified. I'm a perfectionist that struggles with ADHD. Due to this, I tend to find myself in a holding pattern of analysis paralysis. Continuously asking myself questions like are my ideas good enough, will people like them, people have already thought of this idea before, do I have all the tools needed—cascaded with all the feelings that cause doubt.
