Are you called to be a youth pastor?
 know your why and know your youth. 
I do believe this is an urgent call to the next generation. We stand in the gap to pass on the word. I just want to talk specifically to the Burmese community church. Of course, there is going to be some struggle. One of the struggles is the language barrier, therefore it's easier if you can speak English speaker. It's worth the cost.
