Dave Bramer joins me for this episode of Project 39. He is currently serving as Commissioner of the Lower District of Jefferson County, Indiana. Among other things, Dave explains the responsibilities of the commissioners, discusses some of the issues facing Jefferson County, and shares his thoughts on the future.
