My goal is simple. Inspire. Even when I feel uninspired. Recently, I've been completely uninspired. I'm creating this podcast to inform you all about the importance of mental and physical health. Don't let social media and social status consume you. Followers and likes are cool but, meaningless when only a handful of people actually care for your well being. I felt like this needed to be said.
