Shannon Bartlett is the Owner and General Manager of Bartlett Heating and Cooling. Shannon was recently named Service World Woman of the Year. Shannon started working in the family business when she was in middle school. Under Shannon’s guidance Bartlett has experienced tremendous growth. I was particularly interested to hear what she did to grow the business, and her perspectives on women in our industry, and marketing to women.
