How do you ensure you stay committed to doing the things you said you were going to do? What are you doing to make sure that you are staying the course and completing the tasks and deliverables you are responsible for? In short... " Who Checks You?". Accountability is a team effort. As professionals, we need to have a great sense of personal accountability, and surround ourselves with people that are going to hold us to our commitments and "check us" when we go off course. Tareka is sharing some of the behaviors you need to develop to ensure you have a great sense of personal accountability. When you’re personally accountable, you take ownership of situations that you’re involved in. You see them through, and you take responsibility for what happens – good or bad.
