Houda Rahmani is a Moroccan artist, illustrator, graphic designer, and photographer. She studied fine art at Institut National de Beaux Arts in Tetouan and later completed a masters program in cinema. Her work has won numerous awards and has been commissioned by local businesses in Tangier, where she is based. She has experience in a wide variety of mediums, exploring and playing with what art-making means to her. She is currently pursuing a PhD in fine art, working on personal projects, and teaches graphic design at a local university. Houda’s work is both delicate and powerful, as are her thoughts and ideas about art and it’s importance to her personally and to the wider world.
