There are a lot of cliche phrases that have become mainstream in American Christian culture. They all have good intentions. Some are great.  But there are some things I wish pastors would stop saying.

Here are eight phrases that have become so ingrained in our Christian culture that we say them without thinking. But I think we can do better.
