Orange County Supervisor Todd Spitzer is a public safety champion devoted to keeping communities safe and ferreting out corruption. As a state legislator, he co-authored Marsy’s Law, which is the Victim’s Bill of Rights and a Constitutional amendment. He was also an assistant district attorney, teacher, and reserve police officer. Todd has led county efforts to relocate the homeless from public spaces in conjunction with building the county’s first homeless shelter and service center.
