Show notes
On Monday mornings, Suzette would catch a direct Midway Airlines flight
to Raleigh, North Carolina, and be there in time for the start of the
workweek.
She did this for several months. It was great for us, and a win for SAS
(Statistical Analysis System) Institute—they were able to incorporate
Suzette's talents into their project.
As it turns out, SAS was a GREAT place to work. Suzette and I learned
firsthand how well things can function inside an organization that truly
runs on Principles.
In this episode, we share our SAS experiences, as well as those of
several other companies who've centered their cultures around
Principles.
