Jesus Himself bore your sins in His Own body on the cross, so that you having died to sins, might live for righteousness; by His stripes you have been healed.1 Peter 2:24 Jesus himself bore your sins that is passed, present and future. So all your sins are paid for in His body on the cross. That's the Good News, the Best News You'll Hear Your Entire Life.He Bore your sins, so that you might live, experience God's Gift of Life – Eternal Life, which always comes from and is sustained by God's self-existent life. The LORD intimately shares His Gift of Life with you, creating you in His image which gives all the capacity to know His eternal life.And live for Righteousness – God's Divine Approval whereby you are deemed right by the LORD after His examination, thus you are Approved in His Eyes.Now you, who once were alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now He has reconciled in the body of His flesh through death, to present you holy, and blameless, and above reproach in His sight— Colossians 1:21-22 by His stripes you have been healed, which is beyond the physical healing itself and its benefits to supernatural healing it brings attention to the LORD Himself As the Great Physician. (Isaiah 54:4-5)The Twin Mercies are sick considering that's why of God are Forgiveness and Healing. All throughout the Bible you're going to see Forgiveness and Healing.Bless the LORD, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His Holy Name! Bless the LORD, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases.Psalms 103:1-3If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.2 Chronicles 7:14 Notice forgiveness and healing go hand in hand, and both belong to you now.Forgiveness is your most critical need. We must be reconciled to our Creator (Rom. 1:18–5:1).
