Donna is a math instructor teaching College Algebra at Sierra College in California. She believes that leading with compassion is the biggest factor in helping students to be successful, and that is fundamentally based on making students feel like they belong by recognizing them for every win and building their confidence. So she focuses on helping them to develop their critical thinking and soft skills like time management, teamwork, and adaptability.
