In our first ever episode, we discuss the Introduction and first chapter of Nik Ripken's The Insanity of Obedience. Ripken's words are challenging, radical even, but if we are serious about following Jesus, then we must become uncomfortable and be willing to live as radicals. Hopefully, you'll discover with us what the "insanity of obedience" is all about.
If you'd like to read along with us, buy Nik Ripken's book, The Insanity of Obedience. Here's the link to buy it on Amazon. This book challenges us to take Jesus - His words and actions - seriously... like to actually obey and follow them... to be transformed more into Him.
"Those who say they live in God should live their lives as Jesus did." - 1 John
