Krys has a Mezcalita, Doyin has a gin and tonic. This week, we chat the impending of Insecure, Azaelia cooking cats, the inauguration playlist and more. For our someone/something, we rate meal delivery kits. And for our Pour Life Decision, we invite Atoya Follins, author of Girl You Have Purpose, to discuss our life purpose. Pour up and tune in!

The Good Word (Making Good Habits)

Pour Life Decision is a safe space turned podcast for black women of a certain age. In addition to covering current events from celeb shenanigans to politics and stanning for our faves (Cardi B., Yonce, Oprah, and Rihanna, in no particular order), we tackle a weekly “decision” from professional to personal and provide actionable tips to improve. Join us as we fix our lives, one bad decision at a time.
